How do I send a fellow shipmate a private message?

reunion 01

To contact a former shipmate through the website, you must first be REGISTERED and LOGGED IN:

IF they are registered on the site, THEN:

1.  Go to HOMEPORT >> PERSONNEL >> MASTER PERSONNEL ROSTER and search for the shipmate that you want to contact.

2.  You can page through the lists, or you can use the Search Users button just above and to the right of the page title.

3.  There will be a SEND PM link in the right-most column of the MASTER PERSONNEL ROSTER.

4.  Fill out the form and click send.

5.  That's all there is to it.

6.  Contact your Site Lead or Lead Admin if you have difficulty.

IF they are NOT registered on the site, THEN,

1.  Contact either your Site Lead or Lead Admin through the HOMEPORT >> PERSONNEL >> STAFF pages.

2.  Let us know who you are looking for, and we will check the Master Sailing List to see if we have contact information for them. If we do, we will either contact them on your behalf and let them know you are looking for them, or if we have been in touch with them, share their contact info so you can contact them directly.

3.  Contact your Site Lead or Lead Admin if you have any questions.
