Crow & Anchor: Don't make Shore Patrol get involved!

Help! I forgot my password!

A.  IF you can't remember your password, AND you HAVEN'T changed your email recently, THEN:

  1. Navigate to the website and in the upper right corner, click on the tab that says Log In.
  2. On the resulting pop down screen, click Forgot Login? This loads the Lost your Username or your Password? window.
  3. Check Lost Password.
  4. Enter your Username and your E-mail Address, press the Send Password button, and you will receive a new temporary password shortly.
  5. Use this new password to access the site. You will be prompted to reset your password once you successfully have logged in.
  6. IF you try this, AND don't receive a temporary password, you probably have changed your email. THEN follow step B, below.

B.  IF you can't remember your password, AND you HAVE changed your email since you last logged in, OR you aren't sure:

  1. Contact the Site Administrator with your new email address.
  2. Your email will be updated, then you can follow the steps above to reset your password.
  3. Don't forget to log out and then log back in again to make sure the new password is working.

OPSEC Policy

The Cold War Boats Association prohibits the posting of Classified material on the the coldwarboats.org website.

Any documents, photographs, audio or video recordings, or artifacts that are currently considered Classified are not permitted, and will be removed.

Any information that could compromise the operational security of active duty personnel, commissioned ships, or their missions is not permitted, and will be removed.

Access to personally identifiable information (PII) of active-duty service members or information related to the crews of submarines currently in full or limited commission is restricted to administrators only.
