Can I change my password? Yes. you can!
All registered users can change their password, though you must be logged in to do so.
A. IF you are NOT logged in, THEN:
- Navigate to the website, and in the upper right corner, click on the words Log In.
- Otherwise, go to step D.
B. IF you remember your password, THEN:
- In the resulting pop-up box, enter your user name and password, and click on the Log In button,
- Continue with step D.
C. IF you do NOT remember your password, THEN:
- In the resulting pop-up box, click Forgot Login? This loads the Lost your Username or your Password? window.
- Check Lost Password.
- Enter your Username and your E-mail Address, press the Send Password button, and you will receive a new temporary password shortly.
- Use this temporary password to access the site, by performing step B above. (The first time you use it, you should be reminded to select a new password. Don't forget to log out and then log back in again to make sure the new password is working.)
D. IF you are logged in, THEN:
- Go to the Current Watchsection on any page in the right hand column.
- Find your name and click.
- You can also click on Your User Profile in the Watch, Quarter, and Station Bill in the right hand column (on your desktop), or near the bottom (on your tablet or mobile).
- Either way, your User Profile will open.
- At the top of your profile, choose Edit >> Update Your Profile.
- The Edit Your Details page will load.
- Select the Security tab.
- In the Password field, type your new password.
- In the Verify Password Field, re-type your new password.
- In the Current Password Field, type your OLD password.
- At the bottom of the tab box, click Update.
- Don't forget to log out and then log back in again to make sure the new password is working.
E. If you CANNOT log in AND have tried to reset your password and/or recover your user name, THEN:
- In the starboard column of any page, locate the Watch, Quarter, and Station Bill.
- Click Submit Help Request.
- Complete Help Request form, selecting Passwords & Login as the Department.
- You may attach a screenshot in any of the zip, jpg, png, pdf formats if it would be helpful in explaining your problem.
- Submit the Help Request.
- Our cheerful, helpful, and technically competent staff will eagerly solve your login dilemma, usually within the next 30 business days, maybe with the next 24 hours, but rarely immediately. Be patient, it's a one man shop!
