You can update your email (and almost everything else) by accessing your User Profile:
Method One
Go to the Watch, Quarter, and Station Bill on any page in the right hand column.
- First, log in, assuming you can log in to the site. If you cannot log in, and cannot reset your password, then contact the Site Administrator for assistance.
- Click on Edit Your Profile. Your User Profile will open.
- Locate the Personal Info tab and click on it.
- Find the Email field and delete your old email.
- Type your new email.
- Scroll down the page and click Update.
OR alternatively,
Method Two
- First, log in, assuming you can log in to the site. If you cannot log in, and cannot reset your password, then contact your Site Lead or Lead Administrator for assistance.
- Once you are logged in, go to the Current Watchsection on any page in the right hand column.
- Find your name and click. Your User Profile will open.
- Scroll down and find the Personal Info tab, which should be selected.
- Locate the Email field, it will say SEND EMAIL.
- Mouse over the Email field until the Edit icon, a small pencil, and a dotted underline, appears.
- Click on the Edit icon (the small pencil). (Anywhere above the dotted line but NOT the words SEND EMAIL)
- In the edit box that appears, select the existing email address and delete it.
- Type your new email address.
- Double-check your typing - if you get it wrong, we will not be able to contact you. Pay special attention to hyphens, underscores, and special characters.
- Below the edit box, click Update.
