How do I update my email address?

You can update your email (and almost everything else) by accessing your User Profile: 

Method One

Go to the Watch, Quarter, and Station Bill on any page in the right hand column.

  1. First, log in, assuming you can log in to the site. If you cannot log in, and cannot reset your password, then contact the Site Administrator for assistance.
  2. Click on Edit Your Profile. Your User Profile will open.
  3. Locate the Personal Info tab and click on it.
  4. Find the Email field and delete your old email.
  5. Type your new email.
  6. Scroll down the page and click Update.

OR alternatively,

Method Two

  1. First, log in, assuming you can log in to the site. If you cannot log in, and cannot reset your password, then contact your Site Lead or Lead Administrator for assistance.
  2. Once you are logged in, go to the Current Watchsection on any page in the right hand column.
  3. Find your name and click. Your User Profile will open.
  4. Scroll down and find the Personal Info tab, which should be selected.
  5. Locate the Email field, it will say SEND EMAIL.
  6. Mouse over the Email field until the Edit icon, a small pencil, and a dotted underline, appears.
  7. Click on the Edit icon (the small pencil). (Anywhere above the dotted line but NOT the words SEND EMAIL)
  8. In the edit box that appears, select the existing email address and delete it.
  9. Type your new email address.
  10. Double-check your typing - if you get it wrong, we will not be able to contact you. Pay special attention to hyphens, underscores, and special characters.
  11. Below the edit box, click Update.
