Regrets...
I am not going to be able to get away for the Amoeba Races. Just one of those years...

I have two rooms reserved at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort from 8/29 to 9/03 at the group rate, one double queen, and one king suite.. I have to release these in the next few days so I don't pay for them. If you need a room at the Shingle Creek, let me know so we can work out a swap with the hotel.

If I don't hear from you by the 20th, I'll release these back into the general USSVI room pool.

Hey guys--I am registered with the Billy B event! Now for stupid question 113 and 114:
# 113 How do I register for the USSVI conference and the big get-together on Tuesday?

#114- Rooms. I see availability still exists except for checkout on Sept 1 (wednesday). That date is "X" ed out--so does that include discount (staying over Tuesday, leaving wednesday) or is it just the flat rate?

Was at the last one a Rosen Shingles and its a great facility.
Have travel plans in Sept & Oct, so don't know if I can make it, but will keep everyone posted.
So far, no one in my Bates tour window is going!

Cold War Boats Registration
Carlo, I just checked, and you are/were already identified as a Bates sailor from the old www.ssn-680.org website, which means you carried over into the system when we morphed into coldwarboats.org. This makes it a little tricky, but all you need to do is register by clicking the Log In/Register button in the upper right hand corner of every page. On the pop-up window that results, click the link that says "Not registered? Click here to create a new account!" Fill out the registration form with the necessary particulars, and when you submit your registration, I'll do the necessary behind-the-scenes work to get you signed up as an active user. Simple, I hope.
